A Session offers a deep and restorative experience that provides energy and comfort to all systems of your body, as well as your mind and spirit. Sessions can be done sitting or lying down. Access Bars sessions involve gentle touch to key energy points on the head. Reiki requires no body contact. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
