I was there a long time ago. I was depressed and realized that what I really wanted was to be happy and I was not.
As soon as I declared it, the universe confabulated and supported me, radical transformation started happening and my whole life changed!

I got divorced and another chapter of my life started.
it was a journey to be with myself again, to get to do the things that I loved and I had stopped doing long ago. I prayed to infiinite source to give me the strenght to do what I had to do and to show me the way.

 

I started breathing long and deep, which helped me be more present, to make the choices to have more of what was right for me, I keept practicing yoga and meditation, I became a Reiki Master and a Certified Montessori Teacher.
